Virtual Maths is a free to use online resource that encourages innovative teaching and learning of functional mathematics. Using links to real life problems, our animation and graphics provide a new perspective on maths. There is a range of activities and resources linked to the built environment which could also be used by STEM Ambassadors who want ideas of how to show how they use maths in their jobs. Activities include the height of a building, heat loss from a building, structures and a light survey.
