Raising Water Challenge - Walney School
I and two other STEM Ambassadors from BAE attended Walney School's opening of their new Innovation Centre which has been built to celebrate their status as a specialist Engineering School.
The day started with presentations on engineering and a discussion of the pupil's perception of what engineers are and what they do. We fielded a few questions about our job and sat down and helped the pupils brainstorm ideas related to engineering. We then moved on to the more practical part of the day.

My 1st Ambassador trip
I joined Jo introducing the reception class at Sacred Heart School to Bee Bots. It was quite an experience firstly a chance to visit my old school 44 years down the line. I found Mary who I was at school with who is now a teacher. The school layout has changed since my day, for the better.
Bee Bots Jo said that I was the first ambassador to join her with the Bee Bots, you should try it.
