The day will run as 3 x 2 hr sessions, and 1,500 people are anticipated to attend, one of the 3 sessions (10-12, 13.30-15.30, 17.00-19.00).
The producer is looking for 2 levels of support:
1. Organisations that could provide an activity – about 6 activities are required, running throughout the day for the audience to sample/participate in as they attend the show.
2. Approximately 6 STEM Ambassadors to provide more general support – help out where required, but they should have a sports science background.
