Had an absolutely fantastic time helping out with the "Science-Learn about Light" exhibits at the Romsey Abbey Open Day on the 15th September.

A few running repairs were needed to keep the exhibits working but everyone seemed to enjoy themselves!

Of particular interest was a laser demonstration which utilised a couple of spinning mirrors to create patterns on a projector screen, reminiscent of "Spirograph"! (Remember them, anyone?)

There were also fascinating demonstrations of prisms, lenses and photosynthesis along with an excellent opportunity to discover the true meaning of science!
