The Birmingham and Solihull STEM Centre will be at the Big Bang Fair to promote STEMNET and the STEM Ambassador Programme to teachers and students who visit the event. We would like a STEM Ambassador present at our stand to represent the STEM Ambassador programme and talk to visitors about your experiences of volunteering as part of the programme. You will also need to encourage teachers to use STEM ambassadors, by sellling the benefits of having STEM Ambassadors in schools.
We would need 1 STEM Ambassador per day for the duration of the event, for a few hours per day, which can be organised to suit you. If you would like to volunteer for this, please email Jessica Cooper, STEM Assistant at j.cooper.1@bham.ac.uk
